I went to ITMA Barcelona the biggest technical textile fair in the world that happens every four years. I went with my MIT team to meet manufacturers, yarn vendors, and learn about new textile innovation new on the market. I met with needle vendors and sustainable textile alternatives. It was amazing to see all the new textile technologies in the market and network with the global textile industry and connect together how we can be the most innovative and sustainable for the textile industry and the planet.
