My senior thesis collection I developed at RISD textiles exploring cultural camouflage and contrast in lived, projected and remixed environments and how we as humans use textiles on the body to camouflage or contrast in the world similar to animal biomimicry. I utilized industrial knitting, machine knitting, digital embroidery, digitally printed fabric, and screen printed. This collection is meant to elevate the cultures of the world blending aesthetics, patterns and materials from the world crew.

Built the Solar Stage at the Wonderfruit Festival in Thailand. The Solar Stage is designed by Gregg Fleishman using a remix of pieces from the Temple of Whollyness made at Burning Man 2013 in collaboration with Lightning Clearwater and ‘Syn’ Melissa Barron. I made the shade quilts with Bunnie Reiss and the Shady Ladies in the Temple and reinstalled them at the Solar Stage in 2017 in Thailand. The Solar Stage was the main stage and many amazing artist preformed there including : Izzy Bizu, Nicola Cruz, and Wild Sirenda.

Designed and built an inflatable and tensile net structure in collaboration with PneuHaus at Burning Man 2015. We worked with Incord netting and inflatable columns as structure. We were commissioned by Joe Gebbia of Airbnb to make this piece. I focused mostly on the textile and the netting design of the structure.
Tech Style Haus is a technical textile house designed to be the most sustainable house utilizing textiles in every element of the design for the Solar Decathlon Europe in Versailles 2014 . Tech style Haus was made in collaboration with RISD, Brown University, and Erfurt University, I focused on making a cnc knit fully fashioned curved wall interior, stretched between armatures that can be zipped on and zipped off so you can change the density of the insulation of the wall, wash, and change the color of you knit walls. I worked mostly with Stoll America, Vitra France, 3M fibers, and Transformit. I worked on this for two years during school, I minored on textile architecture because of this project and focused on zero waste fully fashioned knit architecture.
Bjarne Melgaard capsule collection was creative directed by Babak Radboy, Lead Designer Gerlan Marcel of Gerlan Jeans, and myself as the textile designer. We interpenetrated Bjarne’s paintings and visions into contemporary fine art streetwear. This is part of the collection shot in W magazine styled by Avena Gallagher who I also worked for as an assistant stylist. The collection did not go to retail and was terminated by unknown circumstances.
